Heritas Capital’s portfolio company Convegenius receives US$7m financing led by UBS Optimus Foundation and Mount Judi Ventures to advance generative AI capabilities impacting 200 million learners
Heritas Capital is pleased that our portfolio company, ConveGenius, a leading AI-first edtech company in India, has successfully closed a US$7 million financing round led by UBS Optimus Foundation and Mount Judi Ventures. Existing investors including Michael and Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF), Bace Capital, Gray Matters Capital and Heritas Capital also participated in this round.
The round forms part of a more extensive fundraising initiative focused on advancing the generative AI capabilities of SwiftChat and expanding into international markets. ConveGenius’ SwiftChat platform has an extensive reach of 143 million registered user profiles and widespread adoption in 577,000+ schools in India.
